I agree. Anyways, a ...
I agree. Anyways, a better answer to this situation would be a side kick or to duck and use a suicidal roundhouse down low where their range is weakest and when they are vonerable to tripping. Then, you can use a sissor kick. Instant victory.

I know.

haha this is simple ...
haha this is simple. Its called a reverse hook kick. Lead leg is out and performs the hook kick. Its the exact same thing but without the back spin. The first and last kicks were 180 side kicks, or back kick.

Well, different ...
Well, different people have different names for the kick. My coach would call that a hook kick, it comes out like a side kick but then you pull it back across their face. The only spinning kick he does was the back kick, which he did in the beginning and then at the very end. It's a very effective counter to a roundhouse as long as you are in open stance.

if you guys are ...
if you guys are talking about the kick around 50 seconds... its a crescent kick. it cant be a spinning roundhouse because he isn't spinning. it isn't a side kick because he is moving his foot. it is probably a crescent kick, but if not then its a stationary heal rake.

...uhm?!, i think ...
...uhm?!, i think its a one step turning side kick, if you take a look closer and watch it over and over again, from the beginning,, and i'm not quite sure because the movement of the black belt is too fast..
