Very well said filkick,i too have practiced both ITF and WTF,at the end of the day Tae kown do is all abt you and how you belive in your self its just all about kicks and punches, hopefully all you guys out there that is so one minded will realised this when you become senior belts and if you are one alredy and talking trash either you or your instructor need to re asses your selves and understand the true fundimentals of Tae Kown Do

i was reading the thread and ,man, i cant comprehend the trash talking by a lot of ITF people here. i tot u are the “traditional” side of tkd who are supposed to focus on the ” do’ of taekwon-do. I do both WTF and ITF and the people that i go with are respectful to each side. to the ITFs here who do the trash talking, shame on you. u go back to ur dojang and learn some RESPECT.

These fighters actually look competant. Not just trying to land kicks or flailing kicks. Also they are not leaving themselves open with the kicks they use.
